Still Here Still Me

You are not who grief
made you.
You are who you have always been.

Still here. Still you. Still becoming.

Still Here Still Me Still Becoming You Are Still Here You Are Enough Hope. Joy. Love. Still Here Still Me Still Becoming You Are Still Here You Are Enough Hope. Joy. Love.
From Elizabeth's Heart

This is the raw me.
The me no one sees.

It has taken me ten years to say yes to this calling.

Ten years of waiting. Of praying. Of searching for the right words, the right time, the direction I wanted to go in bringing about the most intimate part of myself. Uncovering all of it — the emotions, the fear, the fear of the unknown ahead, the fear of what others would think.

It was frightening. But this is me.

The raw me. The me no one sees. The me that has walked through profound loss and come out the other side not unscathed — but still here. Still standing. Still becoming.

And today I am saying yes. Because I know there are women out there who need to hear that they are not alone. That their grief is not the end. That underneath everything loss has taken — they are still there.

"I want you to start letting go of the layer of you that thinks you are not ready, not good enough, or not willing to let go of your pain. Come and sit with me. Share your heart. Open yourself to what is waiting for you on the other side. Hope. Joy. Love."

— Elizabeth Nelson

You are welcome here — exactly as you are.

This course is for every woman who has loved and lost. Family. Friends. A husband. A child. Even a job, a dream, or a life lost to addiction.

If you have walked through loss — you belong here.

We all have a purpose beyond our pain. The Bible is clear — we will not get through this life without some kind of trial. Pain is what humbles us. Makes us see the world more clearly. Opens our hearts to other people's sorrow and joy.

There is no right time. There is only the moment your heart is free and wanting to explore what is waiting ahead.

💜Women who have lost a parent, spouse, child or friend

💜Women who are afraid — of the unknown, of the future, of themselves
💜Women who are ready — even just a little — to find their way back
A Word From Elizabeth

I have been waiting
and praying for you.

I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman looking back. I know the fear of the unknown. The fear of what others will think. The exhaustion of carrying grief that nobody around you quite understands.

I have sat in that place. For years.

And I want you to know — you are not too broken. You are not too far gone. You are not too anything.

You are still here. And that matters more than you know.

This course is the gentlest place to begin. Not the place where we fix everything — but the place where we remember. Where we peel back the layers of grief and fear and exhaustion and find the woman who has been there all along.

Waiting. Patient. Still her.

Still here. Still you. Still becoming.

The Curriculum

4 weeks of coming home to yourself.

01Week
I Am Still Here
"The first step is simply acknowledging that you survived."
We begin with the most important truth — you are still here. This week is about breathing. About sitting with where you are without rushing past it. Daily 15-minute reflections, gentle journaling prompts, and the permission to feel exactly what you feel without apology.
02Week
Who Am I Now?
"Loss changes us. But it doesn't erase us."
Grief has a way of rewriting our identity without our permission. This week we do the gentle work of excavating who you still are — your values, your strengths, the things that have always been true about you even when everything else changed. The Who Am I Now identity mapping exercise.
03Week
Letting Go of the Layers
"You don't have to be who grief made you."
This week we begin to release — the fear, the shame, the belief that you are not ready or not enough. Breathing and grounding rituals for the hard days. Letters to your past self and your future self. The slow, sacred work of letting go of what no longer belongs to you.
04Week
Still Me — Still Becoming
"Hope. Joy. Love. A life worth living is waiting."
The final week. We look forward — not to forget what we've lost, but to honor it by living fully. Vision for the next chapter. Your declaration. The moment you look in the mirror and recognize the woman looking back. She was always there. She is still here. And she is just beginning.

Your Guide

Elizabeth Nelson —
still here, still becoming.

I didn't create this course from a place of having it all figured out. I created it from ten years of sitting with the question — who am I now?

After losing my father, my mother, my best friend Starr, and dear friends taken one after another — I spent years not recognizing the woman in the mirror. Years fighting emotionally every single day. Years wondering if I would ever feel like myself again.

And then slowly — one day, one breath, one small act of faith at a time — she came back.

Not the same version. A deeper one. A woman humbled and strengthened and more herself than she had ever been.

I am still here. I am still me. And I created this course because I believe you are too — even when you can't see it yet.

"Do all that is in your heart — for God is with you." — Elizabeth's Life Verse
